getConfirmedBlocks

Returns a list of confirmed blocks that are between two slots.

This method is deprecated and will not be supported in future versions. For a similar method, you can use solana's getBlocks RPC method.

Parameters

  • start_slot: The start slot encoded as a 64-bit unsigned integer (u64).
  • end_slot: The end slot encoded as a 64-bit unsigned integer (u64).
  • object: The configuration object with the following fields:
    • commitment: The level of commitment required for the query. Options include:
      • finalized: The node will query the most recent block confirmed by the supermajority of the cluster as having reached maximum lockout, meaning the cluster has recognized this block as finalized.
      • confirmed: The node will query the most recent block that has been voted on by the supermajority of the cluster.
      • processed: The node will query its most recent block. Note that the block may not be complete.

Returns

  • result: An array of u64 integers listing confirmed blocks between start_slot and either end_slot, if provided, or the latest confirmed block, inclusive. The maximum range allowed is 500,000 slots.
